It is a 12-week free and online training program that aims to provide 21st century competencies and awareness, and provides business and life skills by offering many applications that support student-oriented and interactive learning. In addition to basic skills such as Teamwork and Presentation Techniques, the program includes training aimed at developing technical skills such as Algorithmic Thinking and Modeling with Excel. In addition, it is aimed to develop the participants' 21st century themed literacy (information, technology, finance, digital, media, law, disaster) and personal development themes such as conscious awareness, stress management and healthy living are also included. The main themes of the program are UN Sustainable Development Goals, technology and entrepreneurship. These contents are presented asynchronously and synchronously with the flipped learning method, which is a part of our continuous and permanent learning model.

The program includes many topics such as emotional resilience, presentation techniques that make a difference, an overview of innovation, finding innovative and creative ideas, business idea and development, design-oriented thinking methodology, sales and marketing, creating a team culture, creating market and competition analysis, brand management and stress management. It includes training and mentoring opportunities enriched with experiential learning and gamification dynamics. While young female talents will develop themselves on their journey to become entrepreneurs with this training program, they will also take the entrepreneurial ideas they designed during the training to the next level with mentoring opportunities and prepare for the hackathon process.
