I was responsible for handling cash, credit or check transactions with customers; scanning merchandise ensuring pricing was correct; issuing change and receipts; redeeming stamps and coupons; counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change; resolving customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information; bagging items carefully; greeting customers when entering or leaving establishment; maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area; answering customers' questions and getting a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue; and pleasantly dealing with customers to ensure satisfaction.

My responsibilities included helping coordinate, conduct, and supervise all recreational activities for children and young teenagers during their stay at the camp.

Job responsibilities included assisting primary teacher with Pre-School aged children, ensuring safety of children, assisting with bathroom breaks, assisting with lunches and snacks as well as naps until arrival of parent.
