-Facilitate the shipping and receiving of free Digital Talking Book Equipment to and from Patrons who have visual, physical, perceptual or a reading disability that makes it difficult to read regular print.-Coordinate the shipping of equipment to be repaired, recycled, and disposed of in an environmentally conscious manner.-Entering serial numbers into a Data based program Web READS to track the status of equipment and verify the accuracy of 20,0000 pieces of equipment in our statewide inventory.-Clean, test, update software and inspect all incoming equipment from patrons and 4 Repair Facilities.-Maintain inventory of all Accessory Equipment, boxing, inserting return labels, instructions, and processing.-Answering phones, assisting Patrons with their requests and equipment problems.-Fill in for other BTBL staff when absent assisting with E-mails, and weekly job duties in other areas.-Participated in the State of Michigan Project Search Intern program. Where I worked very closely with an intern teaching them job duties and work skills. Supervised their schedules and mentored them in achieving success in the workplace.-Working with Microsoft Office: including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
