One of the most consistent is that of a wellness counselor and spiritual healing facilitator. I did this work almost full time for seven years before relocating and getting more active in acting again.I believe acting to be a noble profession, an exciting healing modality. I love playing extreme characters and flawed characters, whether I am the one portraying the light in a situation or the dark against which the light is illuminated. I also love great comedy, whether in good taste or what is considered bad taste. Illuminating the human experience without judging it is my goal as an actor.I've been most inspired in my technique by the ideas and perceptions of Michael Chekhov.I paint occasionally and love it but it doesn't engage me as often as acting. My art is usually spiritually inspired by an energetic pattern or feeling. I paint exclusively with watercolors.
