About Neval Wise

I have earned the title of Chef not through a Culinary School but by hard work from the age of 9 years old to working my way through Mom & Pop Restaurants to Colonial Williamsburg Kitchens to earn a Chef position at Huzzah. After Achieving this & being on a winning team for W.A.R.A. Iron Chef Compition. I tested my skills in Five Star Dinning @ Williamsburg Inn where I was apart of a team that maintained our 5th Star Award Review & we were awarded 5 Diamond that same year. I have been with Colonial Williamsburg for 13 years. PANDEMIC ,- I started DOUBLE THREAT COOK LLC, my private catering company. I am Currently still in business & growing in Clients AFTER PANDEMIC CAREERWilliamsburg Winery hired me as a part-time prep Chef & Linecook. After two years, I am now the Banquet/Events Sous Chef .
