• Played a crucial role in the design and implementation of the First Foods New Zealand (FFNZ) study, demonstrating proficiency in various domains including writing the ethics application, study registration, and questionnaire design. Made substantial contributions to the development and utilisation of the REDCap online data management system, as well as the development of protocols for blood sample collection and the collection, entry, and cleaning of dietary intake data. Provided extensive training to ensure effective and standardised application of study protocols.• Conducted approximately 390 study visits, demonstrating expertise in conducting 24-hour diet recalls, acquiring anthropometric measurements, administering questionnaires, performing stable isotope techniques, and helping during paediatric phlebotomy. • Implemented rigorous quality control checks to enhance the accuracy and reliability of dietary data collection.• Analysed concentrations of soluble transferrin receptor, C-reactive protein, and α1-acid glycoprotein for 364 samples.• Conducted statistical analyses and prepared articles for publication, showcasing proficiency in data analysis and scientific writing.
