My passion for fashion, beauty, entertainment, business, and community development started from my early childhood years. I have always enjoyed bringing happiness to others through various self-esteem building activities and endeavors involving art, music, fashion, film, beauty, philanthropy, and business. This is why I chose my entrepreneurship career in the beauty and entertainment industries. This allows me to enjoy my passion and gives me opportunities to give back to individuals and communities in meaningful ways. I have been through a lot in my life. As a published author of Beauty From the Ashes of War, I enjoy storytelling as an inspirational tool of impact. After producing the movie The Other Side showed in African cinemas and 26 episodes of the hit Netflix Nollywood sitcom, It’s a Crazy World using my business education and experience from SAIT, I went to New York Film Academy and became a professional filmmaker during the pandemic. I also upgraded my education and obtain my Business Analyst certification from Topron, and worked on my self development. I went to Stanford Medicine and became certified in nutrition science; as well as, a personal fitness trainer by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). I used all my strategies and programs I offer to my clients at Canada’s Weight Loss Diva and lost over 70 pounds. I was not going to let the pandemic, anyone, or anything stand on my way. I developed a Rise N Grind quarantine challenge and had women join me virtually from my room. They all lost an average of 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I am excited to share all my secrets with Canadians and the global community to make the world a healthier and better place for everyone. Empowerment is the core of what I do because it generates energy for both me and my audience. My clients celebrate their transformation with a photo shoot including makeup application and products from Neveen Dominic Cosmetics. I am a principled leader that believes in unity and equality and I advocate for peace, justice and freedom. I have experienced all forms of racism and discrimination especially systematic abuse throughout my life and career. I have been vocal about it and will continue to fight for justice until people understand the concept of one race, human. I believe in the good in everyone and I am always happy to make peace and move forward. As a South Sudanese war survivor, there is nothing that I enjoy more than peace. I love helping people overcome challenges and believe in themselves. "It is not what you do in life but how you do it."
