In my role, I shape and refine presidential communications—crafting speeches, publications, and presentations that articulate the President’s vision to diverse audiences. A key focus of my work is co-leading the organization of Board of Trustees meetings, where I manage board databases (such as Diligent) and establish procedures for Board committees. In collaboration with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership, I contribute to drafting annual institutional priorities that align with the university’s Boldly Elon strategic plan. I also prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for Senior Staff meetings, ensuring discussions remain focused on our long-term objectives. Throughout, I conduct in-depth research and provide decision support, enabling leadership to make informed, strategic choices.

In this role, I partnered with the Chief of Staff to oversee executive and administrative operations, triaged internal and external requests, and led meetings to address operational issues. I provided oversight for the Provost's administrative functions, including executive calendar management and travel logistics. My role included managing engagement requests, preparing briefing materials, and coordinating development and alumni engagement activities. I worked closely with the academic communications team to create speeches and presentations, supervised one direct report, and managed a $550,000 engagement budget. As a member of the Provost’s Operations Team and various key committees, I supported the Council of Deans and Vice-Provost Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with provostial priorities and leading various special projects within the Office of the Provost.

In this role, I provided oversight for Dean’s Office operations and collaborated with management to coordinate strategic priorities. Serving as the primary point of contact for the Dean, I liaised with all levels of university leadership on academic and administrative issues, maintaining discretion in addressing sensitive matters. I partnered closely with the Pratt School’s Office of Development and Alumni Engagement to coordinate Board of Visitor meetings. Additionally, I moderated and provided technical support for major virtual leadership meetings and served as a member of the Engineering Cabinet and Operations Council. I kept abreast of the status of activities related to programs, special initiatives, and faculty within the school, ensuring smooth administrative operations.

In this role, I provided project management support for institution-wide student success programming, with a particular emphasis on the 49er Rebound Program. I also provided administrative support for divisional leadership, including producing meeting minutes and maintaining budgets. I reviewed policies, researched issues, and led a committee of peers to address institutional student success challenges. Additionally, I managed the Federal Work Study Implementation Program, successfully increasing the diversity of student workers and reducing divisional budgetary commitments by approximately $100,000 per semester.
