The GPU Programme is a multi-year transformational programme with the main aim of replacing Barclays legacy payment engine with a state of the art new payment engine. As the lead finance on the progarmme I was responsible for all matter related either to financial performance of the programme. I was also involved in all the key/strategic commercial negotiation with the sole remit being to drive increase value to the Programme (and by default, to the bank).
