Production Specialist Technique
CurrentOperation and supervision of Krones industrial machinery (blower, labeler, filler, packer, robobox, palletizer, compressors, chiller, etc.) for the manufacture of bottling for water production at a speed of 49,000 bottles per hour, for distribution to well-known brands local and international private; Compliance with the standards and protocols established by federal, state, and international regulatory agencies, contractual agreements with customers, and risk management, safety, and environmental policies established by CBC and PepsiCo; Guarantee compliance with standard processes in time and efficiency (machine program, mechanical parts and adjustments of electronic, operational and mechanical parts), for better process control, giving sustainability to the plant's operating standards; Guarantee quality sampling program (PH, residual ozone, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), hardness, alkalinity, Iron, Manganese, Chlorine levels, content level, Nitrogen volume, conductivity, torque, application of stretch film, etc.) to the products and the process by purifying the water with reverse osmosis technology, carbon towers, polishing filters and ozone injection according to frequencies established by Quality Assurance to guarantee process control; Creation, modification and optimization of missing or required parts for manufacturing through Computer Aided Design (CAD), using SolidWorks and AutoCAD; Responsible for the configuration of the control system (PLC), as well as the support of existing control systems, the commissioning of the control system, troubleshooting and maintenance. Responsible for the integration of industrial control/automation systems and support systems related to industrial machinery and its auxiliary components; Management of mechanical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic artifacts such as control valves, frequency converters, pumps, servomotors, actuators, etc.; Act in the 2resolution of electrical and/or mechanical difficulties in the equipment.
