At ISB, I managed all aspects of research grants, including tracking deliverables, disbursements, and reporting requirements for both FCRA and non-FCRA financial details. This involved monitoring amounts received and pending, generating invoices, and coordinating with the Finance department and sponsor contacts. I ensured the timely submission of project reports and implemented a Salesforce portal to streamline grant data management. I also produced detailed reports for the Dean and Deputy Dean, tracked conversion rates, monitored GST compliance, and managed manpower allocation for each grant.
