Established S&L Solutions with a group of senior software architects and project managers to offer IT related management consultancy services, set up and manage outsourced development teams, and Oracle ERP implementations.

Joined a small startup to establish and managed two offshore software development centers that were developing software solutions for Danish clients using only Microsoft tools. Renamed as Aqcel, the global company was sold to Mondo, Denmark, for $10 million in 2006.Delivered multiple large IT projects to extremely technical US and Danish clients using both Agile and Iterative development methods. Global clients included: Daangard Telecom, GN Netcom, Policy Enforcer ApS, Dansk Supermarked Gruppen, Zoomio Holding A/S, Communication Crew ApS, ZYB, Schilling A/S, Circle Capital, Tricon, Boarding Data ApS, OK a.m.b.a., Lector, etc.

Headed the operations in Pakistan. Setup and managed software development centers in Islamabad and Lahore. Successfully delivered multiple IT projects for US clients.

Joined the organization when most of its top managers were leaving and quickly became the key manager responsible for rebuilding the production team in Pakistan and taking CresSoft to a market cap of $ 340 million.Directed all operations in Pakistan. Managed three offshore software development centers, multiple projects, and a team of over 230 resources. Within a year turned CresSoft into a world-class, business-to-business, e-commerce powerhouse. Managed multiple concurrent software development and implementation projects. Clients included: e-Chemicals Inc., USA, Aspen Technologies, USA, BP-Amoco, USA , PrivaSeek Inc., USA, Northwest Airlines, USA, Legler-Nafees, CresSoft Inc. USA, and MCI Inc. USA. Successfully implemented the first ISO-9001 certification under the TickIT scheme in Pakistan.

Managed software development, centralized IT purchases, conducted IT trainings, etc. Managed the development and implementation of a number of IT projects. Installed and managed Rdb, Oracle, VAX-VMS, Windows and UNIX systems.
