Nevin McCaskill from Tallahassee, Fl. Upon graduating college with a B.A. in Graphic Design from Hampton University, was drafted as a free-agent by the Buffalo Bills in 2007. Played 5 years in the NFL with various teams such as the Green Bay Packers, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, Tennessee Titans, Pittsburgh Steelers and ending in 2012 with the Washington Redskins. While still playing football went back to school to obtain an A.A. Degree in Advance Personal Health and Fitness from Bryan University, and becoming NASM Certified in 2013 and playing Arena Football for the Tampa Bay Storm for the 2013 season.Co-Founder and head coach of a non profit organization, Practicing with the Pros, Inc. which has been in existence for five years. PWTPros uses combine based football day camps to help young men perfect technique and skills with the help of past and present college and NFL players helping aid young men in building character, integrity and leadership qualities.Now since retired the focus and passion has shifted from the football field to helping other attain a healthier lifestyle and developing athletes to their full potential. Specializing in circuit/interval type workouts, combining indoor/outdoor training with Resistance, Cardio, Speed, Agility, and Quickness exercises with football based movements suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds. I enjoy designing creative programs that include intense multi-joint movements in a proprioceptive enriched environment, getting clients out of their comfort zone while strengthening mind and body!
