My experience encompasses a unique trajectory being intimate with both business and human capital, in the security and financial sectors. Being able to traverse the quantitative results required by business and the qualitative information requested by HC I am uniquely well rounded.Coupled with Human Capital, post graduate and Masters Level Business Qualifications and vast experience of more than 15 years in the field which has encompassed the Management of Trainers, digital designers, Training, Assessing, Moderation, L&D budget owner, Developing of Learning content and the custodian of skills development reporting ( WSP/ATR). My partnering like my management style is collaborative, goal orientated, challenging and aligned to the strategic objectives of the business. In my private life i enjoy playing cricket, soccer and having friends over for a braai. My job and personality are interlinked in that I love people and seeing them grow into the best versions of themselves.
