About Nevin Cohen

I'm an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy. I also serve as the research director of the CUNY Urban Food Policy Institute. My research explores policies and systems to support socially just, healthy, resilient urban food systems. I have a PhD in Urban Planning and Policy Development from Rutgers University, a Masters in City and Regional Planning from Berkeley, and a BA from Cornell.Specialties: Food Systems, Urban Food Policy, Environmental Policy, Urban Planning and Public Health
