 Negotiating Time/Voyage Charter Terms with Charterers via Ship-brokers & administrated Time/Voyage Charters for Crude & Product/Chemical Carriers, Handling hire & freight payments, demurrage claims, time/voyage charter settlements, bunker procurement, agency appointments etc., Maintaining and developing relationships with Vessel Owners, Operators, Traders, and Brokers etc., Managing daily post-fixture operations of tanker fleet vessels on time/voyage charters in accordance with C/P terms & conditions, Preparing chartered vessels’ “Voyage Performance Reports” and ensuring profitable vessel trading, Handling P&I/FD&D and Marine Insurance Claims/Settlements with Charterers.

 Main responsibilities consist of pricing, cost analysis, optimizing the fleet, and setting up new strategies through evaluating opportunities and threats in the market; and directing agencies in order to achieve pre-set yearly targets, Management & pricing activities and customer satisfaction of key accounts, Close monitoring of market developments of container shipping lines and competitors' pricing, market share and service details, Feasibility studies for new markets. Relatively responsible to set up all new pricing and marketing strategies as well as assigning the suitable vessels for the new market, Follow up related agents' overall performance according to the line's strategies as well as marketing and sales issues, Manage the rotations of the vessels under my control in respect of market conditions, customer demands, cargo flow, general policies etc., Ability to achieve high level of customer satisfaction, Prepare regular reports, Work with internal company resources, Prepare customer portfolio for specific lines, Identify agent sales poicies and controlling the policies are complied with.

• Creating new customer portfolio for Far East – Turkey trade,• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers,• Making quotations to customers against their need according to line’s policy,• Implementing all sales and marketing activities according to specific sales & marketing policies,• Follow up new updates about the market, reporting developments to line management,• Preparing regular reports,• Working with internal company resources,• Reporting to line management and directors about sales activities,• Visiting customers.
