In late 2014, the Access Midstream general partnership became wholly-owned by Williams. Thus, in 2015, my continued role from Chesapeake to Access transitioned under the Williams' umbrella. I continued to focus on internal financial reporting and general accounting.

Through the spin-off of Chesapeake Midstream to Access Midstream, I was able to continue my role with the team I worked with at Chesapeake. My focus remained on financial reporting and general accounting.

I am part of the financial reporting group, primarily focused on Chesapeake's Midstream subsidiaries. My main responsibilities include the preparation of monthly financial statement packets, including footnotes.
