Core Team Lead Coordinator for all craft and food vendors. Directed all aspects of vending at Colorado's largest camping music/yoga/activism festival in Loveland, CO. Managed vendor selection and curation from an overwhelming list of applicants. Liaised with Festival Ops team on all vendor power and infrastructure needs, and created all vending area maps. Managed communications and advancing for over 80 onsite vendors. Led an onsite team of 6 to run all festival vending areas. Director of Production for a non-profit festival, free and open to public, using Latino arts and culture to message environmental awareness and provide insight on issues of conservation. 2016's Festival took place at the McNichols Building in Civic Center Park; 2017's took place at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. Production tasks include advancing and managing ALL production elements for the full lineup of programming, including panels, music & dance performances, author readings, artist demos and workshops, exhibitor fair, book fair, and more.

In Sonic Bloom's 9th year, directed craft and food vending, from selection to mapping and logistical coordination for 40+ vendors, non-profits and food trucks.

I managed a small army of 200 dedicated volunteers that help the festival run smoothly in all areas of production.

Planned and produced events for private and corporate clients including charity galas, product launches, press events, weddings and bar mitzvahs. Managed seven-figure budgets. Collaborated in idea generation and event design process. Led proposal development process. Coordinated all internal teams (design, studio) and managed the design to execution process. Managed project timelines, installations, studio production crews, and 3rd party vendors. Vetted and selected vendor partners including but not limited to A/V, lighting, catering, staging, entertainment, invitations, and event technology. After relocating from Brooklyn to Boulder in 2008, I have continued to lead projects on a contract basis with key clients such as Cartier, PopSugar, The Robin Hood Foundation, Spotify, and Target.

Consulted on magazine redesign for March 2005 and collaborated on new editorial direction. Directed entertainment and lifestyle editorial content (2 sections). Wrote and edited stories in entertainment, food, wine, politics and technology categories. Booked celebrities for entertainment coverage and produced celebrity photo shoots. Produced dynamic events in Los Angeles, New York and Las Vegas.

Planned and executed all magazine events including charity events, fashion shows, concerts, retail shopping tours, and red carpet celebrity events across the U.S. Managed departmental budget. Managed and executed contests and sweepstakes. Developed strong entertainment relationships in film, TV and music. Booked musical and celebrity talent for events. Wrote copy for special marketing sections and event promotional pages. Managed two departmental assistants.

Handled all U.S. Marketing, Advertising Support, and Events for eight Italian Conde Nast titles including Italian Vogue, L'Uomo Vogue, Vogue Gioiello, Vogue Bambini, and Conde Nast Traveller. Planned and executed U.S. trade show participation for multiple titles, namely in the fashion and jewelry industries. Conceived and executed custom design of the L’Uomo Vogue Lounge at MAGIC Las Vegas trade shows. Produced advertorial photo shoots for L’Uomo Vogue. Planned and produced co-branded promotional events with clients such as Barneys New York and DDC Lab. Wrote promotional advertising pieces for advertisers in multiple titles. Translated many articles from Italian to English, as well as the entire U.S. edition of the World of Jewellery special supplement to Vogue Gioiello.

Produced international music festival drawing 4,000 attendees. Directed communications with artists, musicians, and production crews and managed a volunteer staff of one hundred. Managed international promotion and marketing (print and web). Directed ticket sales in twenty-five countries. Organized travel for all artists and musicians. Managed artist relations, negotiations and payments. Directed web site content and design.
