Full Motion Video (FMV) Intelligence Analyst team member directly supporting intelligence operations at the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) by providing exploitation and assessments of near-real time, FMV, EO, and IR imagery received from both UAV and manned assets. Work in shifts to support 24/7 operations, accesses and integrates full-motion video data from airborne sensors and works with imagery, geospatial, and all source analysts to process, analyze, and produce actionable intelligence products provided the war-fighter engaged in combat operations. Volunteer rotation to Standards and Training (S&T) Section, responsible for training incumbent employees and military personnel to the standards required by the command, consisting of 6-10 students every two weeks. Instrumental in course overhaul that enabled students to reach the required standards at a faster paced, thus allowing the student to be placed in a mission status with less overall training on the mission floor.

Military-trained Imagery Intelligence Analyst (AFSC 1N191A) offering more than 8 years of experience working on Distributed Common Ground Systems Full Motion Video exploitation, with 2 years on SAR, MASIT, and multi-spectral imagery. Experience includes system knowledge to include but not limited to;10.2 Sun systems, Remote View, SocketGPX, ViTec ELT, NES, IAS, and IESS. Expert knowledge in FMV and its exploitation principles. Currently in the position of Intelligence Operations Supervisor (GS-0132-12) for a crew of 15 GS-7/9/11 employees, responsible for administering personnel programs such as conducting quarterly/annual appraisals, time and attendance, scheduling work hours/leave.

Supervisor for shop of ten full time civilian and six part time military employees, duties include but not limited to; planning and scheduling work assignments for long term, daily and project-by-project basis. Responsible to ensure adequate personnel, materials and equipment on hand to accomplish assigned tasking. Perform administrative duties such as employee counseling, schedule / approve leave, maintain time accounting and conduct appraisals and maintain records.
