She has led a huge variety of professional workshops over the last 25 years in all kinds of settings with all kinds of people of all ages. Director of New Lisa Life and Founder of Equilibrium Fest (@Equilibriumfest2023), an annual wellness event in Barcelona since 2021, with over 30 Workshops and 25 Holistic Therapist stands led by over 50 Health professionals. As-well as working privately as a Coach and Therapist @Newlisalife73, she has recently begun to create and collaborate on retreats. With a valuable toolbox full of useful techniques to get back into balance, a deep heart centred intuition and cognisant ESP, Lisa loves to connect in circles to share energy practices. "With a Creative Arts Degree and history in Dance, Theatre, Martial Arts, Choreography, Meditation, I have worked as an Artist, Performer, Workshop Leader, Choreographer, Dancer, Press & Publicity Officer for a National Producing Theatre, Artist Manager for a West End Producer, PR & Writer."Following an intensive 15 year mission travelling all over the UK, I experienced burnout in 2013 as I attempted to give and give without giving enough to myself first. This led to a breakdown which I now refer to as 'Spiritual Bootcamp'. I moved to North Cyprus to live on a mountain for 5 years where I dedicated myself to addressing the balance".After 5 years in Cyprus and a move to Barcelona, Lisa now lives in Sitges with her partner, Danny."Throughout this diverse and varied journey, I have learned many valuable lessons, including the importance of balance. This is now my full and complete focus and purpose.
