Provided IT support to internal staff via desk side or remotely to their home offices. I was mainly responsible for trouble-shooting issues, delegating tasks to the service desk, maintaining desktops, laptops, servers, switches & printers. I also implemented software or hardware changes that were required nationally and setup video conferences and WebEx sessions for leaders and staff.

CNS Insurance /Part of the CUMIS Group/ Acquired by RSA Group in 2007In this role I teamed with both hardware vendor and leasing companies to purchase required computing hardware. I also administered the in house AS/400 systems (Development & Production), trained the AS/400 Operator & Help Desk Staff and supported branch offices in Victoria, Nanaimo & Kelowna remotely and on site. I was also on-call for any emergency IT issues and involved in disaster recovery testing.
