My challenge is to contain this flood, structure it, validate it and translate it into our software.Developing:Once the requirements have been challenged and tested, the product development life cycle kicks in. The traditional waterfall approach does not suit our customers (or our software), requirements change as customers eyes and minds are opened, but the products always have one thing in common, they are revolutionary!Deploying:The final task is getting people analytics living and breathing in an organization, we work with our customers to answer their questions with our analytics, then we continue helping our customers to discover new applications and solve new problems with our data.
