The company is perhaps best known for its patented Continuous Service System which was developed in 1996 by Walker/Loeb, this convenient method allows magazine subscribers to renew subscriptions automatically without any interruptions in delivery service.NewSub Services first began by marketing magazine subscriptions through charge card offers mailed with bills and other notices, but it's since expanded marketing channels to include retailers, mail catalogs, airline loyalty programs, and other types of online companies. In 2000, the company changed its name to Synapse Group, Inc. to better represent its growing business and variety of services.
