Initially handling Corporate & Short Let enquiries across all 33 offices, dealing with both national and international clients. I then moved to long-term lettings working in two separate locations and achieving 185% of my yearly target, £250,000 in fees.With COVID-19 starting and the future of the London housing market uncertain, an incredible opportunity to join Pinga, a delivery-tech start up, arose and I jumped on it. Initially joining as a Operations Consultant, I grew with the company to Chief Operating Officer where I oversaw the day-to-day running of the company, executing and planning strategies for future growth. I looked after a team of 600 riders across London and Nottingham in a gig economy format. In 2 years at heycar I supported the B2B sales function, driving new business and client retention during the worst time the UK car market has ever seen. Being a 1.5 year old scale-up at the time I joined, heycar was ideally suited to harnessing the opportunities that a difficult market brings. I worked closely with the OEM & Captive investors to launch national campaigns driving users to the site and strengthening relationships with the dealer network. heycar launching an eCommerce D2C function was only a matter of time. Here I worked closely with the newly formed eCommerce Sales Team to build an automated end-to-end pipeline on HubSpot capable of handling £5.5m+ of vehicle sales per month that was both easy for the team to use and provided relevant stakeholders with clearly accessible data & reports.Returned to a pure B2B sales role with Headout, uniting the best tours, attractions, and tickets with the best platform and users around.
