As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), I support existing relationships with publishers within India. Responsible for enabling a seamless operational flow of Kindle book content and metadata through the digital supply chain, from publishers and content providers all the way through to Kindle book consumers. I support the operational relationship with English and Indic-language Kindle book publishers and content providers within India, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to drive end-to-end efficiency integrating digital book content into Amazon systems. I also provide internal support to facilitate the implementation of features and functionalities that will be most beneficial to our customers and publishers in India.

• Manage the operations floor on a day-to-day basis covering 300+ content quality experts, Japanese/Chinese language specialists, and Subject Matter Experts (English, Japanese, and Chinese) – which includes 150 direct reports• Plan day-to-day scheduling of work, provide immediate supervision and management of team performance and individual performance of the team members• Manage backlog across languages on a daily basis by utilizing and optimizing resources across groups, managing their productivity goals and keep utilization > 95%• Track metrics around quality and productivity and identify concerns and opportunities for improvement.
