Responsible for all aspects of product marketing, product management and integration of all software/services acquired over 4 separate acquisitions. Controlled company messaging through public speaking engagements and Industry Analyst relationships. Extensive travel to customer sites to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and to gain insight into product/service direction. Collected, analyzed and reported on market direction, product direction, client requests and latent needs.Responsible for Annual Sales meetings including product training, positioning, packaging and pricing.

Created and delivered on-site consulting services for financial services and document management that helped grow revenue and build staff across 3 offices in US and UK. Extended custom imaging application to premier product line including dedicated engineering staff, tech support, documentation, sales materials, installation and delivery teams release in April 1997 (Introspect - Litigation & Discovery Management software). Created business plan and executed on converting software sales to Software On-Demand Solution (Hosting). Member of executive team working with private equity partner (Friedman, Fleischer & Lowe in 2000) to institute a quarterly business planning process.
