• Servicing Personal and Commercial Lines Property and Casualty claims• Performing Cat Duty – Residential, Commercial, Condo & Large Loss• Efficiently handling a claim load of 80 – 140 claims per month for extended periods in territory• Coordinating training for DDS Estimating Software package• Maintaining a large service area – East Coast to Orlando; Crystal River to Venice

• Creating an institutional and retail investor relations program• Creating an analyst relations program• Strategic planning and day-to-day interaction with COB, CEO, COO & CFO• Offering roadshows and interim programs

• Modeling of equity (IPO & 2nds), debt (Bonds and Convertible debentures) and structured finance (MBS) • Cashflow, collateral and bond modeling including sensitivity analysis • Planning and conducting sales & offering roadtrips • Working closely with Standard and Poor's in the rating of commercial pools • Creating proprietary rating and modeling databases for Kmart, Multi-Family and Commercial Pools• Writing and presenting internal and external marketing materials for equity, debt and MBS offerings
