•Management of computer networks/IT Infrastructure and Operations Services (IOS) technology projects that support requirements for IOS, Enterprise Applications Services and business process areas of IT.•Maintain all areas of IT within the company from Security cameras to Computers to Phones.•Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with co-workers, clients, and vendors.•Manage the Company's computer networks•Interface with both user and IT customers on technical issues•Process facilitation and development •Provide training in accordance with computer projects••Responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire project life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)•IT Security practices to create, maintain and update the Company’s security policies and procedures through partnership with outside firm, DDI (Digital Defense Inc.)•Serve as liaison between internal and external resources to review and update all information security policies to ensure new threats and practices are properly documented.•Conduct due diligence of IT service providers to ensure that vendors do not impact the Company’s PCI-DSS, SOX, and HIPPA compliance activities•Lead the development and facilitation of the Company’s security awareness training on an ongoing basis•Develop and maintain the Company’s Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan•Review IDS and/or firewall signature/rule sets and make recommendations for improvement•Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data residing on or transmitted to/from/through Company workstations, servers and in systems/databases•Ensure the enforcement of Company security documents•Supervise all investigations into problematic activity and provide on-going communication with senior leadership
