Director (Cadre) is the key position to manage and organize Civil Service recruitment, formulate rules and regulations with job specification and any other initiatives relating to recruitment systems.Core Responsibilities:• Responsible to prepare advertisement for Bangladesh Civil Service officers’ recruitment, publish in newspapers and websites, support services to registration through online.• Solve problems regarding registration and matching job specifications for particular job with special academic qualification.• Arrange venue to conduct recruitment test, manage logistic support, prepare budget and estimate cost concerning recruitment test.• Contact question setter, collect moderated questions and send them for printing.• Ensure security of all types of test documents, send documents to test venues and collect answer script.• Analyze job specifications and formulate rules and regulations regarding various services in public sectors. • Fix effective system for smooth functioning of recruitment tools.• Ensure supply chain to conduct massive recruitment test• Supervise and train staffs on methods of recruitment.• Arrange interview board, collect examiners’ evaluation sheet, rank them with other candidates and analyze for job option.
