I served in Bangladesh Army for 21 years in many different administrative, managerial, Logistical, instructional and Intelligence staff appointments. I also served three times with UN peace keeping mission as logistic staff, Military Analyst (intelligence) and Military Observer. I also served in Army Headquarters, Personnel Administration Directorate and looked after the Recruitment of whole Army. After I voluntarily left Army, I joined one of the biggest conglomerates In the country Bashundhara Group as General Manager (HR & Admin) served there till Nov 2015. I also worked in Nitol Motors Ltd (Service) as Head of Administration from March 2016 to 15 November 2017. Then I joined ABC Group as Head of Corporate HR.My present position in ABC Group is Executive Director, Corporate HR.Professional Competencies:1.
