As the founder and managing partner of BMTECH, I have been leading a successful technology venture for over 14 years, delivering custom software projects in CRM, loyalty management, service operations, and marketing operations for leading companies in various sectors. My primary focus is on acquiring new customers and projects, managing and cultivating relationships with mid, senior and C-level management, providing consulting on process and application design according to the customers' needs, and working closely with our software development and project management teams to ensure product and project delivery success.I have over 20 years of experience in the software business in various roles, including management consulting, customer acquisition and management, IT project management, and software team management using agile methodology. I have extensive international experience, having worked and studied in Turkey, USA, Australia, Germany, and on-site extended-length projects in six different countries. I have technical knowledge in database design, software project analysis, high-level application architecture design, and Dynamics 365 CRM hands-on experience. I am passionate about creating innovative and value-added solutions for my customers and partners, and constantly seeking new opportunities and challenges in the technology industry.
