In Education and Research Team, I work together with the Edu-Tech Consultants to prepare teachers in clients school to adopt technology-enabled and research-driven learning culture. My main responsibility is to design evaluation system of company's change management program for schools. Other job areas include conducting group consultation, creating pedagogical modules, and exploring e-learning software.

Responsibilities:► Assess students’ leadership and collaboration skill by conducting daily observation in primary school, middle school, and high school ► Generate a report of findings in the field to support the construction of Learner Outcomes observation guide

Responsibilities:► Observe, score, and input results of psychological tests for BPJS mass recruitment► Proofread individual reports of employee candidates

Responsibilities:► Accompany and guide students in their daily activities at school► Help teachers prepare learning materials► Observe children’s psychosocial development► Generate a recommendation report based on observation
