Quantity Surveyor
Current- Collaborate with the site QS team to manage quantity surveying tasks and track project progress reports.- Verify subcontractors' quantity trackers and progress reports.- Maintain and update the QS process for accuracy.- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.- Monitor project expenses and cost trends, identify potential cost overruns or savings opportunities, and provide timely recommendations to project teams.- Regularly review contracts, change orders, and variations to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives.- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and forecasts to senior management and project stakeholders, highlighting key cost-related insights and recommendations.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.- Implement industry best practices and stay updated on market trends and advancements in quantity surveying and cost management techniques.
