Most recently, I have had the task of implementing: Digital defect reporting and record keeping including the roll out of smart devices and training. This has included preparing, planning and procuring new phones devices for the whole fleet to run the new systems, with the MDM system to manage the devices. This required extensive work sorting out and I was directly responsible for the roll out to all staff, getting all the team onboard and trained in the new ways of working, including all the drivers, managers, directors, some of whom were resistant to change.
