· Engagement Management, managing and overseeing customer engagements from the presales stage to the project delivery/acceptance and post sales services.· Project Management, managing projects with varying complexity in the APAC region in countries including Singapore, New Zealand and Australia.· Solution Architecture & Design. Helping customers arriving at best-fit solutions utilizing their previous investments and new cost effective tools and products.· Carrying out presales activities including preparing proposals and quotations, preparing and presenting customer tailored demos.· Product Management, being part of the Intelledox Infiniti® Product Roadmap Committee. Field Focus: Business Process Management.

· Carrying out Business Analysis activities for new and ongoing projects in the financial services industry.· Studying and analyzing customer’s change requests in order to provide the best solution that fits the customer requirements and the product road map.· Carrying out presales activities including preparing proposals and quotations, preparing and presenting demos.· Providing IT consultancy to various clients in the various platforms including .net and Java. Field focus: Business Process Management, Document Management, and Signatory Management.Industry focus: Financial Services Industry.

· Providing consulting services in the internet / intranet portals. These services include:o Knowledge and Information Managemento Implementing Portal solutions using various technologies including Microsoft SharePoint Portal, and Oracle Portal.o Identify the best fit technology for certain client's needso Assessing and evaluating portal solutionso Developing and implementing ePortal solutions with Microsoft technologies such as MCMS2002, SPS2003, BTS2004.Field Focus: Intranet Portals & Document Management
