Nezar Raees is a dual qualified lawyer being a Bahraini practicing lawyer and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He obtained his practicing certificate in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the year 2000 and in England and Wales in the year 2004. He is a member of the Bahrain Lawyers Society and the Law Society of England and Wales.Nezar is the Senior Partner at Nezar Raees Associates, a law practice set up by him in the year 2008. The practice offers legal services, with a specific focus on corporate and commercial law, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, employment law and intellectual property. The firm’s client base covers a wide range of international and local corporate clients, individuals and financial institutions.
