I'm the co-founder and the Research & Development Manager, UAV and Counter UAV solutions advisor at NMC Kuwait.I began my career in the IT field as industrial software developer, embedded systems developer then as Senior Payment & AML solutions technical consultant supporting many banks including the central bank of Kuwait.I have 20+ years of experience in the IT field and more than 10 years in team leading and team management.Since 2012 I worked on designing custom drones and UAVs, including heavy lift and long endurance drones. In 2015 I became the first certified engineer from DJI in the MENA region which allowed us in NMC to open the first DJI authorised repair center in MENA.In 2016 I designed and manufactured the smallest, lightest & most powerful Anti-Drone gun in the market at that time from concept through product launch and commercialization. In 2017 I designed the second version of the anti-Drone gun. In 2018 I designed and built the first human rideable hoverbike in MENA and in mid of 2018 I became the first DJI AeroScope certified engineer in MENA. In 2019 I designed the smallest high gain UHF directional antenna for a confidential project. In 2021 I developed a realtime integration software for drone detection system.I'm an expert in software & hardware problem solving, UAV radars, RF detection and UAV mitigation systems.I hold a B.S computer engineering degree from The University of Jordan and passionate about problem solving challenges, telecommunications, radio frequency and UAV industry . I'm an expert radio controlled airplane pilot, drone operator and has been an electronics DIY maker and hobbyist since my childhood.
