CurrentLeading the delivery of technical projects for Local Public Services and councils to establish efficient and standardised ways of working and drive organisational efficiency.Identifying, engaging, and keeping stakeholders informed and involved throughout the project, including regular updates on progress, milestones, risks, and issues. Collaborating with stakeholders to outline the product and capture requirements to specification and executed project delivery in adherence to agreed-upon commercial terms.Identifying and managing and communicating potential risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and appropriate resolutions. Developing comprehensive project management documents (e.g., project plans, initiation documents, briefs, RAID logs) and securing client sign-off at each stage.Devising and managing project performance utilising approved planning tools, templates, and metrics and implemented stringent quality controls to minimise rework and fulfil project requirements.
