• Performed 2D simulation, layout design, fabrication and characterization of GaN MESFETs, AlGaN/GaN HFETs, SiO2/AlGaN/GaN MOS-HFETs. • Measured and analyzed DC, microwave and low-frequency noise characteristics of the fabricated devices. • Developed methods to measure the low frequency noise and identify the noise sources in FETs.
