Role : Facilitation of Dairy development TOT and field technical support 1. Review the dairy development training curriculum developed by International Consultant and re-affirm the correct translation to Arabic.2. Training 30 TOT participants ( • Confirm qualities and standards of training facilities in consultation with World Vision field staff. •Facilitate/Co-facilitate Training of Trainees on dairy production and marketing).3. Provide technical support and supervision in cascading the dairy training in 5 localities, and field visit to dairy producer groups and provide guidance to Project Officers and partners in formation of producers groups. South Darfur Livelihoods and Agricultural Infrastructure Development Project (LAID) is aprojected financed by KFW (German Development Bank) and World Vision Germany and implmented by World Vision Sudan.The purpose of the Project is to contribute to increased stability and economic well-being of 37.430 conflict affected households within vulnerable communities in South Darfur. The Project activities aim to reduce pressure on scarce local resources and to improve access to productive assets for targeted agro-pastoralist and pastoralist households, thus supporting the peaceful co-existence of these groups.The measures relate either to strengthening rural agricultural livelihoods (development of profitable value chains; commercialization of agro-products), to providing agricultural infrastructure (water harvesting structures; micro irrigation; feeder roads), to increasing access to basic livestock health care services (veterinary services) as well as to improved community interaction (community dialogue sessions).Specifically, the following Project activities shall be financed from the Financial Contribution with a grant funding of EUR 10 Mio (and additional 1 EUR Mio contribution of WV).Project finalized due to War.
