Excel at coordinating the linkage of patients with appropriate Behavioral Health care resources such as counseling, psychiatry services and management as well as with resources outside of Elica Health Centers. Successfully provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment to patients from marginalized populations using Evidence Based interventions. Provide crisis management, expertise and advise to help patients access care.

Facilitate six branches of WILPF, using the asset based analysis (ABCD) method. Facilitate goal setting and provide support to help meet those goals.
