  Head of a 10M€ - profitable and growing fast - IT business unit working as a digital factory/ digital accelerator dedicated to La Poste's transformation Manage growth, strategy, P&L, Delivery, QoS, Staffing,...Recruited and manage a 60 people full stack team : developers, Ops/DevOps, architects,QA, product owners, project managers, sales,...Developped an all-in-one internal digital agency to significantly accelerate the delivery of La Poste IT projects : just a few months with my team compared to several years with the usual processes and playersDeliver strategic IT assets for the transformation of my clients : - new contracting, loyalty and billing systems for the retail branch (+450m€ per month) - mobile apps with instant update for the whole field staff (+120 000 daily users : postmen, customer service, salemen, ...) - Mass-market web portals and mobile apps for both consumer and professional services (+250 000 daily visitors) - critical back-office services : logistic, CRM, digital identity, e-health, proximity services,... at the heart of the industrial information system of La Poste (ANSSI pen-tested and approuved)Defined the new stratey of the business unit, managed the change and the teams : - Turned it sustainable and profitable.
