My industrial journey with the Employee Engagement unit has been a period of profound growth and learning. The multifaceted responsibilities I undertook—from intricate event coordination to crafting engaging newsletters—have significantly honed my organisational and communication skills. Navigating challenges such as conflicting priorities and tight deadlines has equipped me with effective problem-solving strategies and a proactive mindset. I did not know everything all the time, but I learn on the job. These experiences have not only deepened my understanding of employee engagement and internal communications but also reinforced my adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.As I move forward, I am confident that the skills and insights gained during this period will serve as a strong foundation for my future professional endeavours, enabling me to contribute meaningfully to any organisation I join.Before I conclude this, I am pleased to share that I have been hired by the organisation as an executive. I am now the new Associate for the Trainers Development Unit within the Training Market Department, reporting to the Programmes Division of HRD Corp. I began my duties on May 2nd, just two weeks after completing my internship with the PCC Department (HR Division).I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity they saw in me. They invited me for an interview on April 1st, and I was immediately shortlisted. I received an employment offer from HRD Corp on April 8th.
