The MK CRM app is an application that extends the functions of the ERP with regard to sales and customer relationship to the smartphone, and allows you to create LEADS, open service protocols, make the internet signal viable, among others. APP SAC+ is a white label application, where you can customize the colors and images in your own way, and in this application the end user of the internet provider can pay his invoices, open service protocols, do connection tests, and much more. I also worked as a developer in the MK BI application, which, through the Apache Superset tool, made it possible to assemble graphs and dashboards that turn the data entered into the MK ERP into valuable information for managers of all fronts of the provider, whether commercial, financial or management of people, the information is displayed in a clear and customizable way.
