I am an impactful Transformation / Programme Director, with 32 years’ experience leading change and transformation programmes in complex, matrixed environments. My experience spans energy & utilities, insurance, banking, transport, government, FMCG, pharma, manufacturing, and retail. In particular, I have extensive experience of both tech based enterprise transformation, and functional transformation including ERP, digital, operating model change.
