Work on an as-needed basis in all areas of Human Resources. Projects include interim HR Manager, Human Resources audits, recruitment, development of Affirmative Action Plans, writing job descriptions, developing compensation plans, advising on HR compliance and best practices, seminar and webinar presentations. Clients include:Bogner of America, Williston.

Continued the operation of the Human Resources function in the absence of a Human Resources manager on two separate occasions for this major Vermont concrete producer. Responsibilities ranged from advising on and addressing HR-related issues such as employment and safety compliance, to developing job descriptions, to organizing backlogged paperwork.

Responsible for administration of employee medical, dental, life insurance and 401K plans, as well as processing workers’ compensation claims, while working 20-25 hours per week.

Hired as contract Human Resources Manager to replace HR manager on maternity leave. Subsequently hired permanently as part time recruiter (15-20 hours per week) responsible for professional recruitment.
