Budget control System was created based on Visual Basic, IConstruye Platform and PRESTO Software giving the industry more managerial control, detailed financial expenses for each material and an estimated financial expense while the project is progressing. Also set up alert systems based on Balance Score Card and Dashboard for material expenditure for Man Hour, Financial Cost and Dynamic utility ratio over time. Achieved to reduce related expenses by 25%
