Fitted together a team of new and already working advisors, harmonizing interests and implementing technology in day to day operations.-Led a multidisciplinary team of professionals in charge of presenting 226 bills under my supervision. -Aligned advisor’s schedules and expertises in order to follow over 350 committees meetings, reviewing reports issued about said meetings, and briefing stakeholders.-Cooperated with the Comms team efforts by providing oversight and input for contents, publications and speeches. As a result, social media platforms' followers grew nearly 300% and interaction rose by 349% including several viral hits.-Served as a bridge with companies and NGOs by filtering requests, arranging over 115 good-will and work meetings. As a result we pushed through over 60 bills addressing a variety of unique concerns.

Served as a hands-on supervisor of a team of 6 staffers in Gabriela Michetti´s term as Vice President, reporting to the Chief of Staff.-Liaison between the Executive and Legislative branches. Weekly coordinating meeting in the VP stead, supervised over 600 status reports to the VP.-Worked closely with the logistics and comms teams to produce factsheets for the VP´s official travels. In my span in this position, I personally took part in providing information for 68 local and 16 international missions.-In charge of all Senate follow up. To simplify the task I implemented new technologies to boost tracking and efficiency. As a result, I was able to do better and quicker follow up and report stakeholders with a team of just 6 staffers, instead of 14 that the previous administration had, thus reducing budget costs.
