I am dedicated to advancing disc golf through expertly curated products and strong community engagement.Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Financial Leadership: Engineered financial strategy, including forecasting, product margin analysis, and daily financial operations using QuickBooks, Shopify, and other financial tools. Secured initial investment for inventory and shop construction, ensuring a solid foundation for our business expansion.Vendor Management: Established and maintained productive relationships with major disc golf vendors and implemented a structured approach for contact management, ordering schedules, and budgeting to optimize our inventory according to customer demand and sales data.Project Management: Directed the build-out of our retail location using Scrum methodologies via Monday.com, focusing on task efficiency, schedule adherence, and budget management to ensure a smooth launch.E-Commerce & Marketing Strategy: Collaborated in developing and optimizing our Shopify e-commerce platform.
