Capturing Tyre Surveys on Embrace, this will include tyre rotations, tyre swaps, disassemble and assemble of tyres on system according to the survey and stock transfers on the system.Thorough investigation if there is a variance/query or difference on Embrace to the survey done.Investigation includes contacting truck BU's, other branches and workshops nationally and corresponding over email.Updated list of job cards open and closed compiled at the end of the day and sent to filing room with copies of surveys and change slip documents.Assisting other staff with queries and capturing.Co-ordinating the survey management daily, receiving updated excel spreadsheets with vehicles booked for the following day and all vehicles carried over nationally.Grading of survey done and checked to be 100%.Reply sent to each branch nationally with updated document stating which vehicles are due for survey or not.Reconciled spreadsheet sent to national tyre manager by COB everyday.

-Ensure that all jobs are in the correct format to ensure correct printing. -Delegate work to operators -Oversee all work done by the operators prior to sending documentation to printers -Promote teamwork, provide support and manage performance by creating and maintaining individual development plans of employees. -Oversee all recruitment and HR related activities of reporting staff and entire department. -Ensure all work printed on sheet is recorded. -Reconcile planned printing work with actual printing work to ensure optimal usage of material. -Plan test prints to be done parallel on material. -Optimise use of material (nesting), identify possible areas of waste management and minimize waste by optimizing. -Ensure efficient customer service and professional communication when liasing with customers and service providers. -Ensure colour is a accurate ad according to client requirements. -Ensure print layouts and content are correct. -Check artwork and ensure all details are in place. -Complete disc checks for quality, size and colour. -Set up administrative schedule. -Ensure job ad is correct and accurate. -Put through a rip and ensure colour management is applied correctly. -Complete relevant documentation to send through to factory. -Ensure ICC’s on EFI are accurate to machine and print work. -Code is tested on material to ensure that colour profiling is accurate. -Complete ad work and design work according to client requirements.
